These are the terms and conditions for hiring the services of Olives and Dates Private Chef Service.

1. Booking Confirmation:

- The client must pay 50% of the total service fee when booking to confirm our private chef service for a specified date.

2. Service Fee Breakdown:

- The total service fee includes the chef's service charges and a 15% grocery fee to cover the cost of ingredients.

3. Payment Schedule:

- The client shall pay 50% of the service fee when booking.

- The remaining 50% of the service fee is due at the end of the chef's service.

4. Guarantee of Service:

- Olives and Dates will guarantee private chef services on the specified date once the client has paid 50% of the total service fee.

5. Cancellation Policy:

- In the event of cancellation by the client, the initial payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable.

- If the client cancels within 7 days of the scheduled service date, the client is responsible for the full-service fee.

6. Service Details:

- The client agrees to provide accurate details regarding the event, including date, time, location, and any dietary preferences, at least 14 days before the service date.

7. Changes to Service Details:

- Any changes to the service details must be communicated to Olives and Dates at least 14 days before the scheduled service date.

8. Client Responsibilities:

- The client is responsible for providing a fully equipped kitchen for the chef's use during the service.

9. Liability:

- Olives and Dates is not liable for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur during or as a result of the chef's service.

10. Governing Law:

- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

By booking Olives and Dates Private Chef Service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
